Special Meeting – 4/2/22

Dear Brethren,
This letter is to inform you of a Special Meeting regarding an opportunity that is being offered to our
lodge.
Brother Walter Hopkins is donating a parcel of land to Jefferson and Endeavor Lodge to build it
Masonic Temple. Jefferson is the lead lodge. The parcel of land is off Sweetbriar Rd.
The Temple will have two large 2.000 sq.ft. lodge rooms, a hall, and smaller rooms for Masonic
groups.
This will be the time and place to discuss concerns or questions you might have. The first meeting
will take place at Goshen Hall on Saturday April 2, 2022 from 9am-12pm. Coffee and Donuts will
be available.

A second meeting will be held at Goshen Hall on Saturday April 30, 2022 from 9am-12pm 10
bring back answers to the questions that could not be answered at the first meeting. We will have a
vote by show of hands, with a 2/3 vote at the end to decide our future.
If you are unable to make the meeting for any reason and want to vote, please do so by mail and our
Officers will see that your vote is counted.
For those who can’t attend the April 2 meeting in person. we will also have a conference call available.
Your attendance is earnestly solicited to help make this big decision for Endeavor#17.
